    I reported and complained to the BBB about the Appraisal that was performed by **** ****. He mis-stated the date my home as built in 1960 when in fact it was built in 1980. He arrogantly told me that 1960 was when it was built because that is the information retained from the County assessors office. I retrieved a report from the Assessor that the house was in fact built in 1980. His office revised the Appraisal sent it to me and to my Lender it was a typo on the report when in fact further into the report it states that the home is 63 years old.
