    We submitted items to hidden treasure auction ******** at ********************************* ******* MO to be sold by ***** ****. He sold those items on May 21 for roughly $1200. He has never paid us and refuses to communicate or return phone calls. He did return a call to my husband once in August when he stated he would pay us within one to two weeks and now we are unable to contact him and he will not return any messages or calls. We are filing police report and considering small claims court.

    Business sold items for me on consignment around March 14th 2024. I have requested payment for items several times and have been given excuse after excuse and now they will not answer my calls, answer my messages, or respond through social media.

    My fianc and I used the auction house to sell his late dads personal property as my fianc is the personal representative for his dads estate. The auction house sold a large amount of personal property, antiques and guns. The total amount that was due to be paid to the estate was $6435.45. ************ has paid $2450 in cash. He still owes the estate $3985.45. We have attempted multiple times to contact him to pay and he either doesnt answer the phone or sets a day to pay but then doesnt answer the phone on said day. We have the stubs that show much each item was sold for.

    On 4/10/23 I brought 7 items to their auction. Their fee was 30% which I agreed to.I requested that my portion of the sale be mailed to me and I left my address with them. I called them on August 1 to inquire why I had not received my money, and they told me all the items sold and sounded confused as to what I had brought and needed to ask for my address which I had previously given them. I thought a check would be forthcoming but none has arrived as of November 6, 2023. I and my son have contacted them but they have not sent me my money or notified us why this has not been resolved.

    I hired this company in ***** 2023 to auction off some of my belonging. I was finally paid July 31 2023 for ***** auction in the amount of *******. However, I was supposed to be paid around ****. I text the owner on August 3 2023 asking why I was only paid *******. The owner text me back stating he still owes me ******* for **** June, and July. The owner stated he would mail me a check on 1 week. 2 weeks passes and no check and the owner telling me his grandmother has cancer and he been too busy to pay me but *********. The owner has since stopped responding to my text messages. I have all the texts from him telling me what he owes and why he can't pay me.

    In May 2023, Hidden Treasures came to my parents home to give me a bid on removing all items from the house. We agreed on a price and it took forever for them to begin work on removing the items. Every time I contacted them about a date, they had a reason they could not start work.They finally removed all items and I was told on 7/5/2023 they had removed all items. To this date, I am still waiting payment for the items removed. We agreed upon $3,500 and I have contacted them many times asking when a check would be mailed and some items were taken that were in a locked shed which need to be returned. As for 8/19/2023 I have received zero payment from this company and the items have not been returned as promised. In the last week they have ignored all communication efforts and have stopped responding to my messages.
