    I went there to get my headlight changed and within a couple hours it was out again. My husband took it back there this morning. They refused to change it, said it was a bad lightbulb and they refused to give us a refund. I would like a refund.

    On 4/18/2024 the customer brought in their 2010 Cadillac STS Base for a headlight replacement.  They wanted to provide their own part.  We do not offer any warranty on parts that a customer provides.  The customer stated that he had already tried to replace it but could not complete the installation.  We recommended a new bulb but customer wanted to used the same one he had tried to install already.  The bulb had already been removed from it's packaging and been handled.  We did offer to replace the bulb with a new one plus labor to remove and reinstall.  Also the vehicle had damaged body and parts to the bumper and headlight area.  We do not feel a refund is appropriate because we used the customer's own part and performed the service that they specifically requested.
