    I cant recommend Z Car Depot I ordered a set of CV axles for my 240Z with hopes of improving my cars driveline. Unfortunately, the axles had play between the inner and outer parts, which caused a loud clunking sound when I hit the gas. After trying to troubleshoot every other possibility, it was clear the axles were the problem When I reached out to Z Car Depot, they were totally dismissive, saying they have sold hundreds of axles and no one has ever had a problem. I sent video evidence of the issue, but they kept insisting that the axles were fine and suggested it might be something else in my driveline causing the clunk. After a lot of back-and-forth, they agreed to process a return. But the entire process was a mess Heres where it got really weird: Instead of just dealing with the problem, they decided to install the used axles I returned onto one of their own cars to test them. I get that they wanted to see if they could replicate the issue, but it was just unprofessional and strange to put my used parts onto their own car. It felt like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility for a defective product rather than addressing the problem head-on The real frustration came when I received the wrong return shipping label from Z Car Depot. I dropped off the package at *****, only to have it sent back to my home the next day due to the incorrect label. They didnt offer to make it rightinstead, they scolded me for not contacting them first. They basically told me I was in the wrong for not waiting for them to fix their mistake. They said, We are not an open checkbook. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they said that I was lucky they were even taking the time to talk to me On top of all that, they hit me with a 20% restocking fee because I didnt have the original packaging. I get thats their policy, but considering the product was defective, theres no reason they couldnt make an exception after all the time and energy I wasted

    Ordered a New aftermarket interior rear view mirror for the stock location for my 1977 Datsun 280Z. *********************************************************************************************************** 
    The product delivered was a cheap piece plastic; nothing like the original metal support. I requested an RMA to return immediately after opening the box it was delivered in. When I contacted customer service I was told I had to pay for the return shipping. I was fine with that but they went on to say hundreds of buyers love the product. There are no reviews and no way to leave a review. When I did get my refund they did not refund the original shipping so I had to pay for the original shipping and the return shipping. Buyer beware. The description is misleading and the customer service is apauling. I will buy my parts elsewhere and post reviews wherever I can to get the word out.
