    I took my 2008 Audi TT to autotechniks in republic to do an oil change. They did the oil change and charged a reasonable charge. I drive the car home and then picked up my truck and drove it the remaining part of the week. I then drove the Audi to church in ******* Sunday night. I heard something but it was faint and I couldnt tell where the noise was coming from. Finally on the way back from church I put the convertible top down. It was much louder I pulled over on the shoulder and looked under the car. The plastic engine splash shied was hanging down and broken in several places. Im 66 yr old female. I tried my best to push it back up in place having to lay on the shoulder of the road in my good clothes. I finally made it back home but the shield was ruined. I know that autotechnik had to take that shield off to due the oil change. Called them. They were very rude. Said they saw it needed new torque bolts but they arent a body shop and its not their responsibility. I waited in the lobby for the car to have its oil changed. They didnt tell me anything and I had only had the car a month and had it checked out before buying it. The shield was good and in place when I took it there. They left the bolts off or didnt put them back on securely but wont make this right. I had planned on making this my go to mechanic shop. But not now. Claims to be Christian ***** and operated. Right.
