I was in the arcade where I spent a lot of money on my myself and I wanted to treat several kids who had no money and I wanted them to have fun an win prizes. After me and 5 of the African ******** kids picked out all their prizes from the tickets i gave them, their Dad quickly told them it was time to leave. I had used my tickets to buy two squishy ***** and the kids left so I asked the lady at the arcade desk if i could trade something else for myself since the kids left and I had no use for the *****. I had my arcade card in my hand but she rudely and very short, said NO. I said come on please, I dont need these ***** bc the kids took off and I wanted to get candy. I was just trying to be nice to the kids and spoil them with the tickets I won. She once again rudely said No. I was still very nice and I can will you please bc I have no use for these rubber *****.. Without explaining why, she talked to me like a child and Im 44 yrs old. Was extremely rude and was trying to rush me away from her. She had dyed bright red hair and piercings. I told her ok then and God bless her. But then i started realizing that I dont deserve to be treated inhumane. I went to a woman name ****. She was so sweet helpful and friendly and said as long as I have my game card I can exchange. I told her I did and the redheads knew I did as well. Nova was sweet and exchanged the ***** so I can get candy. The redhead was rude and gave me a dirty look but thats not my problem. I spoke with management ********. He was extremely nice and very apologetic. I explained the rude fake red head and he said shes had two complaints already. I praised **** for being extra special and he said if i give her a good review shed get an extra $5 on her check so please reward her. I hope no one has to deal with that redhead again. Worse attitude and shouldnt work in a kids place like that. ******** was amazing and handled everything well and very apologetic. Thank you for handling this situation well.
