    8/21/24 Invoice #*******, cust#******* Amount $1180.00 We had Stanley Steamer clean our duct work and the next day we notice a Crack in our ceiling from the return unit all the was to the garage door (going into the house), and on the interior ceiling. I called them as soon as we noticed it. My husband climbed the ladder to take pictures and you could see footprints exactly where the cracks are. Kept going back and forth with the person on the phone until I told him he just needed to come and look for himself.He came on 8/26 the ticket #******* with initials of RM. His first remarks were his people had no reason to get in the attic. I informed him that I heard them up there. Then he said we were just trying to find something wrong and basically called me a liar. I then showed him a picture from the week before when we had carpets cleaned of a antique child's chair they broke. He argued about that until I blew the picture up so he could clearly see the chair leg.He had no intention of owning up to the damage his people did.These charges were put on a credit card and I'm seriously thinking about contesting the invoice for the duct cleaning.He did tell me he could give a ****** gift certificate for the chair on the next cleaning. I told him that would never happen. He said he just didn't go around writing checks if someone complained.

    I protested the charge with the credit card and Stanley Steamer did not respond to them either.
