    I spent $575 purchasing womens clothing at Krickets ************ this afternoon. I told the salesperson that I wasnt sure about sizes or styles, so I would buy several things and then return what was not liked or didnt fit. An hour and a half later, I took $328 worth of clothing back, unworn, tags on and receipt in hand. The same clerk said they dont give refunds. They only give gift cards. I said I dont want a gift card. Theres nothing else here I want to buy. I want the credit card I used credited. I have the receipt, and I just bought them. I had told the clerk multiple times prior to the purchase that I may be bringing part of it back, and she never said there was a no refunds policy. I asked where the policy is posted, and she said it was not posted anywhere. Nowhere on the receipt does it say you cannot have a refund and nowhere on the website. I confirmed the policy by saying, if a person buys something in your store and brings it back WITH a receipt, their only option is to buy more product? She said yes. I feel there was intentional deceit by not disclosing such a policy to the customer. I was issued a gift card for $328. However, theres nothing I need or want to purchase.

    01/14/2025 JM: Spoke with ****** ********** and he would like for this complaint to be close. Consumer has received his full refund amount and is very happy. According to Mr. ********** everything is great and he thanks the BBB for all its hard work in getting this taken care of.
