      The problem is that this system allows the vender to ship old or bad supplies to older citizens. Who will most likely throw the product away. Yes, you can call and have it return for some more old or bad products. CVS is the product, and you cannot go to the store and get an exchange or credit on your debit card. The system allows the vender to get rid of old products.
