    Went to the ************, *********** ** location due to extreme pain from wisdom tooth, seeking extraction. Upon X-rays dentist showed me the tooth sits on a major nerve and recommended I not have it touched at all as permanent injury and numbness might occur. Since he told me he had been an oral surgeon for many years in his native country I took his word for it and inquired about new dentures to replace my loose 10 year old set. The dentist heartily agreed and left the room; his staff PROMPTLY sprung into action saying me I required periodontal work FIRST and that they would do NOTHING toward the dentures until that was done. I asked them to compile a complete list of everything they I needed done and I would FIRST have them to run it through my insurance FIRST - as in PRIOR to doing one, stinking thing - I met with the so-called "insurance lady" in her office, REPEATED this request for prior coverage confirmation AND informed her that I was NOT in a situation to have to pay for ANY thing as I have many major medical bills due to terminal colon cancer. She did something on her computer, but kept the screen from my view and informed me that , "Oh, yes. Everything is covered by your insurance." "GREATER", said ***'s get started. I asked for a prinout and confirmation in print for my records. She gave me a printout, but said coverage breakdown could NOT be printed. I found this suspect, but what do I know. I TRUST MEDICAL PEOPLE - turns out to be BAD idea! Long story short - I received a bill for over $500 yesterday. YES, I am paying it because I do not have the strength to fight cancer AND HIGHWAY ROBBERS at the same time. God will repay their scamming folks and I will SHOUT their DISHONESTY to the rafters! BTW...the wisdome tooth still HURTS LIKE THE ******* - every second of the day!

    This dental office is a total ripoff. I would advise anyone to stay away from them. I went to them and went through an eight month ordeal to get denture implants..The process was stressful and painful to say the least. I was promised a good fitting Set and what I got was a mouthful of very unsatisfactory dentures. I in good faith paid them $19,738.50. With the understanding that they have a money back guarantee. As they were putting the dentures in to see how they were going to fit , the implants in the top all failed, I was told by Dr. A. He would see I got a refund for the ones that failed. I have asked at every visit where my refund is and only get the run around. When I call in to find out I am either put on hold or the office manager refuses to come on the phone. I cant even wear the lower dentures.
