      I'm Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Assembles of God Credit Union (AGCU) asked me to appraise the condominium unit for the loan Loan #******* & promised to pay me $350 for the appraisal report. Property address *********************************************************************************** Borrower's names are ****** ************ ****. Appraisal report has been completed by me and accepted by the AGCU 02/2025, however, I did not receive $350 payment yet. All my efforts to discuss this matter with AGCU were ignored. Please help me to resolve this matter.

      This customer is correct in that we had not paid this appraisal invoice as of 05/01/2025.    A few things that might help shed some light on the situation.

       

      1. We generally pay invoices at the closing of the mortgage.   There have been several issues with the ***************** that delayed this closing and it will be occurring this week actually.
      2. However, we should have paid this invoice sooner as every once in a while a prolonged delay can occur and since we are out of state, I can see why the appraiser was concerned she may never receive payment from AGCU.
      3. We were alerted on 5/1 the same day that this was sent to BBB that payment had not been received.  
        1. It turns out the appraiser had been calling our fax line at ************ which is why she probably felt we werent responding.
      4. Upon notification that the invoice had not been paid we promptly sent payment to the appraiser ******** ***. This occurred the following day.

       

      Apologies for the slow response on getting out payment, as the delay on closing interfered with our system of payment.

      They keep sending us text messages that I have an account. I have never had an account with them. I do not have an account with them. I would like for them to stop contacting me about this.

      We can confirm that *** ******* is not a member of ours and we do not have her information obtained in our system. Therefore, it is most likely spam calls that she is receiving. We are NOT sending out calls/texts to her from Assemblies of God Credit Union. Any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
