    I would not even give this so-called credit union one star in rating period. Save yourself the time and headache and go elsewhere. By far the most unprofessional, rude financial institution I have ever encountered in my life. Who denies payments and belittles you and yells and threatens you, also says you are not allowed back at any credit union in which me as a customer is the reason this place has customers and is up and running. Not to mention they said all of this when I asked to speak with a manager. So wrong on every level. I have never been treated so poorly and like pond scum. That is until I opened a savings account that I am currently blocked from and have an open car loan. This is not how a business should be running period. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU WISH TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN, this PLACE DOES THE OPPOSITE.

    By far the worst bank I've ever banked with. They have an issue with their mobile banking and making sure payroll checks are cleared. The automated system told me that my available balance was one thing and the bank said it was another. I ended up with over $500 in overdrafts because of an error on their side. The did not clear the checks (same payroll check they see evey 2 weeks) and the money was not available even though the system said it was. The manager made me feel as though it was my fault even though I followed their procedures as asked. Horrible customer services and bad taste in the way they handle customers who have been with them over 5 years. My advice find another credit union. I believe what happens is they debt resequence the money to milk people out of what little money they have. I'm lucky I take screenshots to show whats going on.Thank you for the response blucurrent but, your management has done nothing but made me feel guilty. The director looked me in the face and told me my situation was an "anomaly." She also informed me that your bank has been generous enough! Because they have refunded my money before for the same issue! Also, this issue has been documented in my account several times.After reading your reviews it appears this happens often. You may want to figure out what is going on with the IT and the mobile banking department. No one has explained how my balance was one thing and then mysteriously there was a hold on a check and I went negative after I was told all my money was available! I will make sure to let everyone know how I've been treated by your credit union. The credit union in ********** I've had for almost 20 years would never! Shame shame!

    After several years of trying to work with this bank, we are done. Sheer incompetence. Also, have had staff make bigoted comments. So many need sensitivity training. Ive witnessed incidents or racism, transphobia, and religious discrimination. The staff lie constantly. Today they tried to convince me that all banks had their policies and their policies are federal policies, nope went down the road got a different bank who does not and thinks the opposite. They have made num errors on my accounts and refuse any accommodation of any type, its the policy of laziness. Stay away from this nightmare of a bank.
