    Service was horrible, young lady that took our order with long red hair was very rude from the time we walked in to order to giving us our food. I asked her name because she didnt have on a name badge and she refused to give it to me. It was obvious that we were the wrong color because of the treatment we received. They showed us that we definitely were not welcomed they bagged our food and just sat it on the counter even though we said we were dining in. After talking to the manager that came out and sarcastically apologized as they ALL gathered and laughing to discuss the incident!!! If this is the behavior accepted I will never eat at his establishment again!!! Sad time were living in and I am definitely reporting this to their corporate office as well as the Better Business Bureau!!! I gave 1 star because I can say the food was at least fresh.No one bothered to offer an apology for the treatment except for the other manager on duty which after he still talked and laughed with the team after it was over. I asked other employees the young lady name as well and they refused!!

    I have discussed this issue with my team , they say it was a complete misunderstanding and apologized for the way their actions came across and the food begin bagged to go was a mess up, my Boh manager said he had started making the food to go and some of the food he couldn't transfer over to dine in plates, I informed them that if that was too happen again to put everything they could on plates for dine in and leave what they couldn't transfer in to go containers( in this case the loaded fries). I have informed my team that this was not the proper way to handle this situation. I have reached out to the guest about this situation and have not received any call back. I am willing to remake her food or give a refund if that is what is to be desired.
