    About 2 years ago I went Plateau Fly Shop and bought a fishing pond vest for $145. They have a 30 day return policy. I injured my foot and was incapacitated for 6-8 months and wasn't able to get to the shop to do a return. In April of 2022 I took the vest back and was told they would leave a word with the owner of the store. 5-6 months went by and there was no response. I went back in April or March of this year and was told the owner would follow up with me on whether or not they would give me a store credit or not. I left my vest at the store. I called alteast 3 times within this time frame before going back to the store. I went back in June of this year and they couldn't find my vest. I believe they've sold it. My receipt was in my vest pocket as well so I don't have a receipt. Throughout this process no one has called me but an associated named ****. Each time I've called I've been told the same thing, that the owner will call me. I tried calling them today but they've blocked me.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They were very apologetic and I am more than pleased with the way they handled the issue.  They definitely went above and beyond to make this right.  I will definitely continue being one of their customers.
