    I ordered on February 16, 2024 and received tracking on February 23, 2024. The product has still not arrived April 2, 2024. After multiple attempts at reaching out to the company for over a month now with multiple emails and phone calls I have never had anyone pick up or respond. I have also attempted to file a claim on the company website and never got any reply on that as well. (1ZAV83490392659833) this is the tracking information for my order it still says label created. After attempting to reach out to the company in every possible way I have not been able to contact anyone in any shape or form about my order and have not been able to get any additional information on my order. Attached is a screen shot of just one day of attempts to contact the customer support line with no reply.

    I have been trying to contact this company for parts of a product of theirs I purchased days ago. I have used their warranty claim page as well as listed email on website. I have not been contacted by either process.

    Hello, we are very sorry the consumer felt frustrated by our response times. Unfortunately we have a very very small team and depending on how busy it gets, warranty claims can take up to a week to process. Emails may also be delayed by a day, we are working hard everyday to get back with everyone as fast as we possibly can. We had actually opened his email from Tuesday afternoon yesterday before close, which led us to the warranty claim he submitted on Monday. Both were set to be processed and responded to this morning, during which time we located the BBB complaint email. We have already reached out to the consumer via email, we will be sending a new part for his reel this week.
