      While attending a funeral for my wifes late grandmother several cars were broken into, including mine and my wifes. When confronting the funeral home about it no one cared. No one offered assistance. No one offered water on a hot ******* day. Nothing. No cameras covered the vehicles of the ***** cars that were broken into and stolen from. Thousands of dollars were spent on the stolen cards as well as prescription medications stolen. They said the cameras only covered their belongings. When thinking about spending ***** thousand dollars on a funeral here think again. These people care about nothing but cashing in on the loss of your loved ones. They really had a chance to step up and did nothing.

      In response to ********************* At 12:00 pm Thursday, July 20, 2023 we had a service for *** *******. During the service there were 7 vehicles that had been broken into. This was not discovered until after the chapel portion of the service had concluded. At that time I did make an attempt to make sure that we received information of all of the people that had damage to their vehicles. Because we were on time restraints taking *** ******** to her final resting place I was unable to stay and help each individual with there vehicles. To say that we do not care is not a fair statement. We care about each of the families we serve. Even though there were other staff members involved in preparing for another service we were able to take water to those that ask and assist the the best we could. The ***************************** and **************** ****************** were notified. Because of the placement of our cameras none of the incidents were recorded. While this was a unfortunate incident, our responsibility was to *** ******* and her family and providing a dignified service. We regret the incident happened and the hardship it cause for the people involved.
