    On July 28, I purchased 1 couch and 1 loveseat from this business for $1,200, and the furniture was agreed to be delivered from *********** to ***********. I have text messages, an invoice, and payment records supporting all of this. Then, upon multiple attempts to inquire about delivery timing over the next few days, I was told the same furniture that Id bought was subsequently sold to another party. During this time, I knowingly passed up multiple opportunities to buy similar pieces from other buyers - none of which remained available at the time my purchase was deemed canceled.Upon cancellation, I was offered 2 supposedly identical pieces as replacements, with the same delivery obligations (with a specific agreement to deliver the pieces before the following weekend), and this time a $550 trade-in credit for a couch I had. Again, after days of little-to-no communication, I inquired about delivery and was eventually told the couches had been recolored for a different buyer. My order was subsequently cancelled, but this time with no offer of a replacement. After the news of the second cancellation, I spoke with the owners husband (****), who was aggressive and offensive off the bat. I was accosted and verbally abused. When I reminded him that we had consummated transactions where money had exchanged hands, I was told I dont give a s*** about you, by ****.***** later from the start of this, Im now without new couches, having wasted numerous hours attempting to communicate with this business.At the end of the day, I want my order filled, in an expedited manner, instead of a forced refund.

    We purchased living room furniture from this company. We were told that it would be like new after they refurbished it.It was dirty and had tears that were not repaired like we were told it would be.They told us to try it for a couple months and if we didnt like it they would make it right.Tried to call them they refuse to answer our phone calls and messages.

    I purchased leather sofa from Cattlehouse furniture. I requested it be blue leather I traded in a leather sofa and paid $771 as well. Upon delivery I noticed the color coming off-I was handed a tub of blue dye and told that after I painted it was it dried is would be permanent It isnt. Every time we sit on it it comes off on clothing and skin. *** contacted ****, the owner, several times in the past two weeks, he will not respond. His number is ***************** I would like a full refund of the $771.00plus the $250.00 credit for my couch they took. Thank you for the help.

    Cattlehouse furniture contacted me a couple of days ago. 
    They refunded my money so this is resolved.
