    Brought my Supra in for full front bumper, hood, and carbon fiber lip PPF. Was told to pick it up Monday but got no update I had to call them myself. They said they ran out of film and didnt do the hood, and they didnt PPF the carbon lip like promised. Instead, they applied film to areas I never agreed to (A-pillars, door handles), then tried to justify it as a replacement. When I didnt accept that, one of the staff called me ungrateful for not wanting to pay for work I never approved. I paid $600 out of $920 for a half-done job. A week later, they told me they wont finish the work. Poor communication, zero professionalism would not recommend.

    I communicated with the customer about the delays of the supplier for the material we needed to complete the job several times. When he wanted to pick the car up, I told him that he could pick up the car that Tuesday, however, he wanted to pick up the car that Monday, which we were closed that day in observation of Easter holiday.  I only charged the customer for what we could complete at the time and provided free services to make up for the delay of the materials.  We were engaged in communication throughout the whole transaction, and I feel that we were sufficient with providing enough customer service to satisfy the customer for something that we could not control. Our communication was transparent and responsive, and, in the end, I feel that the customer did not provide the same.

    They damaged my brand new vehicle headliner while installing tint on the windshield. They refuse to accept responsibility.
