    Today Heartland's A/C Techs provided excellent service to move and level our unit. In addition to providing a new filter and insulation sleeve they removed the unit, used rocks to solidify it and level it on a new base with stability levelers. Great job!Thank you *********!

    Very calm, courteous, and explained everything he was going to do step by step. Went above and beyond to explain how to set my thermostat. Wore foot plastic on his feet to protect the floor.

    Replacement of the furnace and a/c went well. Special attention was paid to how I wished the a/c unit outside to be placed. They finished in excellent time and cleaned up all their debris. I chuckle a bit, because the only thing they missed were a couple dirty fingerprints on the door frame of the mechanical closet. My thought? If that's the only thing I had go awry, It doesn't matter one bit. I'm thrilled with the work they did.
