  This business does not operate under any ethical obligations seemingly. I requested mobile automotive services from which I waited 12 hours and the technician arrived at midnight. In no way during the entire service did this individual express knowledge of competence in this specific trade. My car needed a new shift bushing installed in which I purchased the piece prior to making the service call. All I was requesting was someone to put this piece in the right place. If this individual did not know how to do this specific service I would have MUCH rather heard an admittance of defeat before he began operating in unknown territory. Three hours were spent taking parts of my car apart by this individual, where he verbally and physically let his emotions get the better of him, as he swore and threw pieces on the ground in anger. This individual did not finish the job before he exclaims at 3:00 AM that he would stop charging me and take a part of my car to his residence to make it fit. He explained that he would do this for free as if he was doing me a favor. Before leaving to his residence with a part of my car, he was very ready to charge me $210 to accomplish nothing and seemingly put my car in worse shape than before. I am not a mechanic as I wouldnt ask for this service if I was, but I wish this individual would have just taken the * and told me he couldnt do the job, before he seemingly made me worse off. This individual promptly was late to arrive at 4:30 PM the following afternoon to admittedly fix what he had started. Im hoping that the job has been finished and that there will be no further complications that arise because of this weekend mishap. Being charged 2 1/2 hours of service because the individual was charting unknown territory in his repertoire doesnt seem ethical.

  Had them come out to install a new AC unit and they offered to change out my hot water heater. This was in August of 2022. The hot water heater wasnt in so they said they would come back for the install of that. Over the months, there was an excuse for why it wasnt delivered. Finally in January of 2023 I contacted the owner *** who initially kept in contact and then finally offered to return my $500. When I called *** he said my money was spent elsewhere and he didnt have it. I called to check over a period of a month and no money. I have still never received my refund and its July of 2023.

  Today is 21 August 2022. Now please allow me to tell you about commitment of a small business operated by *************** out of *********** **. We first contacted Same Day Service on 29 Nov 2015 for a refrigerator repair. The service technician arrived on time and stated that a particular part needed to be replaced. The part was paid for but when the technician went to install it, we discovered that it was the wrong part and the refrigerator needed to be replaced. Since the part was not installed and returned, we immediately requested a refund on 16 May 2015. Speaking directly with ***, we were told that a refund would be mailed that week in the amount of $315.00. No payment was received and called again on 12 July 2015. *** apologized for the delay and said that he had to let the local technician go due to personal issues and his business was struggling. *** promised to get a payment out as soon as possible. 9 January ******************************************************** the amount of $50. Now what is interesting is that even though I was persistent in contacting ***, he held true to his word and continued to send us reimbursements. Now that Same Day Service has experienced and seemingly overcame the "growing pains", we received the final reimbursement the first week of August 2022! I believe that Same Day Service, operated by *************** and ************************* deserve credit where credit is called for! Honesty, personal attention and, above all, integrity appear to be the strong suit for Same Day Service. Give them a try and let them prove their commitment to you.
