    I had a gentleman come to my house on 3/11/2010 selling gutter guards and I purchased them due to the fact that they had a LIFETIME WARRANTY!! That was the one thing the salesman, **** ******* kept stressing is how good that would be for me as a single lady and how I wouldn't have to worry about cleaning them anymore. I knew I couldn't maintain them like I needed to so I purchased the gutter guards and they did well for a while. We had some issues with them after a few storms, they would blow off and I called and called and finally got someone to come and fix them. This happened twice. This third time happed two years ago and I called them and told them that there were two pieces that had blown off and I needed them fixed and they refused. I reminded them that this had a lifetime warranty and I always get ahold of ***** ****** and he is Very Rude. He says that they don't ever come to ******, MO so they wouldn't be able to make a warranty repair all the way down there from ***********, **. I am not sure why they thought it was ok to sell them in Neosho if they were not going to warranty them in ******. I have called them, left messages, and was told I will have to just wait and they will call me when they are going to come this way. I have now waited patiently for two years and they have never called. I now have 9 pieces that need repaired because they have taken so long. There are areas that are leaking and I have also tried to address this with them and they refuse to do anything about it. I have a copy of my original receipt that states.....All covered by Lifetime Transferable Warranty. Also, covered by a Lifetime "No Clog" Warranty". I am asking that they be made to come and repair my gutters as they promised and that if there is any further problems, they will follow through with the warranty and do the repairs in a timely manner. I am tired of this run around and so tired of them being so hateful when I call. Thank you.

    This product has been on her house for 15 years. We have fixed it twice at our expense.Which both times should have been a insurance claim.  This is storm damage. And act of GOD,which is not a warranty issue. It is not the fault of the product or installation. She needs to contact her insurance company.Also no one at this office has treated her in way that was not professional.We have saved her two insurance claims already.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:  My receipt clearly states that I have a lifetime warranty, nowhere does it list stipulations on the warranty of what they will or will not cover.   I was told when it was sold to me that if ANYTHING happened to it, they would come and fix it and it would be covered under the lifetime warranty.  That is why I purchased this product.  Yes, it has been on my house for 15 years, but that is nothing compared to a lifetime and I would expect it to hold up as I was promised.   I had originally offered to pay to have the TWO original pieces replaced.  They still wouldn't come because I live "too far away"   To me that is absurd, because they come knocking on my door to sell me the product in ******, ***   When I bought it from them they didn't think it was too far away.  I have called multiple times and waited patiently for them to "Find the time" to come to Neosho to be able to fix this.   My offer still stands, I will pay to have the two pieces replaced, however, I am not paying for the trip down here since I have waited two years for them to show up and since they have procrastinated so long they will need to fix the remaining ones at their cost.   If they would of come when I originally called them, there would of only been two to begin with.   I am trying to be fair and I have NOT been rude, but this is not right.   If you sell something with a life time warranty, then take care of it, and stop trying to find a reason everytime something goes wrong and needs fixed.   Stand behind your product.   You will be respected for that.   It was leaking and they wouldn't fix that either.   It leaks terrible.    ***** ***** called Friday and said he would have *** ******, the owner call me first thing Monday morning.   I never heard from him.   Gentlemen, please make this right.

    I am willing to pay for the first two gutters that blew off but the business has waited two years for this business to come fix my gutters but they never came out to fix them from my first initial call.  I have called this business multiple times to service their product.

    There is no warranty for storm damage or and act of GOD. We fixed the last two storm damage at our own expense so the customer would not have to file a claim. We will work with her insurance to get this fixed
