    This is the 2nd year our family has used EIW in our homeschooling. Last year we had 2 students enrolled and this year we enrolled 3 students. EIW advertises that "We always offer 100% free customer support!" - and prior to May 2024 I would have agreed with that statement. However, on May 1, 2024 I contacted EIW to ask about the tax I was charged on their **************** a service that should not have been taxed according to my read of the ** Tax Law. Long story short - EIW told me "they would not put any more time into it" when I asked questions so I contacted the ** Dept of Revenue. The ****************** agreed that I should not have paid taxes on the **************** (lots more details I can provide here but limited space. All emails have been saved and can be provided). Since then EIW has blacklisted me. Most recently, I have made repeated attempts to get customer service help to support my 12th grader and they do not answer the phone or return my emails. This morning I noticed that there was a ticket system link on their page and logged in. I was aghast to see that next to every one of my tickets (requests for assistance through email or phone) was the phrase "do not engage". They have also blocked me from their public and parent only FB pages in May 2024 after the tax issue. I believe this is evidence of retaliation for bringing the tax issue to light.I have saved / PDF'd copies of the tickets that show "do not engage" next to my name after very simple, reasonable requests for help. There is also zero evidence in the ticket system that I contacted them about the tax issue, so it appears that they have deleted those - but I have saved those emails on my end and can provide evidence.I would like to speak with the Owner ******* Stephens to resolve this issue. I hold no grudge against EIW and want to resolved this peacefully. My goal is to have customer service reinstated so that our family can continue to use the EIW curriculum in our homeschooling.
