    I booked my stay via ***********. I arrived for a two week stay on 9/28. Upon check in the night auditor was very nice, quick, and has been great through our stay. We were told to ask for housekeeping everyday otherwise we wouldn’t get it. Every single day I set my trash and dirty towels out, because when I ask for service they don’t come. Every single day nearly they have left my trash, but taken towels. I have to go to the desk and ask for toilet paper, towels, and then to empty trash. I was apparently charged for breakfast which I didn’t even get half the time due to the hours breakfast is served. When I did go down the breakfast staff are horribly rude. They yell out 10 min to close, 5 min to close, then lock you out and turn off the TV even if people are still finishing breakfast. You can’t even get coffee without them telling you the area is closed. The hot tub has some kind of slime on it. All along the top just foam and slime. A man walked into my room one day asking me if we were leaving, we were not due for check out for a week. I go to wash laundry the soap machine is broken. I go to desk to ask for soap and pay cash, 5 min later they try to charge my debit card 600 something and then 500 something. I am not happy at all with my stay. There are cameras everywhere so this is all recorded. Ah and there was black mold on our shower, took two days to get resolved. Tub barely drains. I talked to the manager who offered me one night free and lied to me telling me that it was no extra charge for breakfast. I paid additional fees for breakfast.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is false, they said they would, and instead I was charged full price days after I checked out. I had to stop payment because they did this. I will not pay for breakfast, or full price for my stay.
