    Unfortunately I thought this was a good establishment, but after today I am no longer. NOWHERE.....no where on their website, nor over the phone in the process of scheduling a procedure do they tell you that there is no refund. They demand the payment up front at time of scheduling, understandable. Mind you appointment was more less for 2 months out, and the next day I called to cancel.....that's when she informed me they don't do refunds! Plain and simple, that's exactly how she put it!They expect payment in full, but you DO NOT GET A REFUND even with NO services performed!!! THEY ARE RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF!If you go to their website no where on it does it say no refunds, it does state that payment is required upfront, but they do not inform you on the website nor when making appt.
