I've never left a bad review for any company, ever. I've not had a good experience with the resource center. I changed companies and coverage in December. They billed my mortgage company in November. I informed the company that I was cancelling my policy and was moving my coverage. They were supposed to issue a refund for the amount billed for the upcoming year. Now it is going on the middle of May and no refund. I've talked to several agents, each one has promised that they will get back with me and stay on top of the situation. I've yet to get a return call from any of them. My mortgage company just surprised me with an extra $420 payment this month, and a few more monthly payments due to the escrow shortage. Hello! Is anyone at the Resource Center listening? Does anyone offer custom service anymore?

The Resource Center Insurance Agency is all about customer service. They always respond quickly and professionally, no matter the circumstance. I have enjoyed my relationship with them ever since I moved to the area over three years ago. I highly recommend them.The Resource Center Inc.
