    We planned our work on a new build in two phases. The first phase went pretty well, but then we could not get the company to return our messages requesting a quote and plan for phase two. We also tried multiple times to contact the company to alter the invoice for phase 1, because they charged us for supplies not used. So, they had an outstanding invoice that we wanted to pay, but still no response. Today, we called again after leaving multiple messages and texts. We finally were able to speak to the owner, reconciling our bill for phase 1 and canceling any future plans for phase 2. Since it took ten weeks to resolve this with Springfield Gardens, we have decided to move on with another company. Scope of work included sprinkler system and laying of sod. The sod was laid, but they forgot to turn the sprinklers on. Since it was a new build, we were not there to monitor the grass, which suffered initially due to the lack of water. It is doing better now. I would not recommend this company.
