    June 26th, 2022-. May 15,2023 I was visiting ************** and saw a ******** Ad for Rajeunir Medical Spa, I was unhappy with a few spots on my face and my current dermatologist at the time wasn't meeting my needs. I reached out to the ad and they got me in a few days later.I had a. consultation, we went over my health issues and treatments, my skin concerns but. also my nervousness to become a member because. of past scams and negative or no results in the past with the treatments they were wanting to do. I. was told and they noted on my membership form I didn't have to keep the membership if I saw no results. They pushed membership very hard after my many rejections.I had facial/injections, saw no results, they continued to schedule for more "free" procedures because there was no improvement. This put my health at risk, which I only found out later from my neurologist.I get botox in my back and neck. for pain every 3 months for about 20 years, it helps. The ladies injecting my face thought that if it helped my back it should work in my face. When I asked my neurologist about that. he said they should know not to put botox or any similar drug into someone who is already getting botox injections because the patient can get botulism,I still saw no results, told the staff my unhappiness was given a facial. to help, which I'm pretty sure I was charged for and was constantly redirected to someone, given false promises. Told by the "esthetician" she would come over as soon as my order was in just to help me. The office manager told me that wasn't possible after my 3 hour drive there.I tried reaching out, leaving messages but always met with no response, promises to call later that day/week.****** later I finally spoke to someone asking to stop taking money each month when told them I wanted to cancel "membership" months ago. the office manager told me every person I was trying to reach, treated me, no longer worked there and they couldn't help me in any way.
