    ***** Jones responded to my request to repair my front yard on 05/02/2023. He told me that we needed to wait until fail and I contacted him in August. Subsequently a employee arrived on 09/22/2023 that employee was not prepared for the scope of the job and he came prepared to do something else. He did not have what he needed to do what he was suppose to do so he left. He returned on 09/28/2023 So, he did the work and he forgot to bring sprinklers and he said that he would return with sprinklers because the grass seed needed to be watered daily. He never returned with the sprinklers. I finally sent a text on 10/06/2023 asking about the watering and I got a reply from Shawn saying that **** will bring the sprinklers. That is that last I heard from anyone. I sent another text on 10/12/2023 stating the seeds are not germinating because it was not getting watered properly. They totally stopped responding to me. So, then I received a notice of a outstanding bill on 11/01/2023 in the amount of $885.00. They did not follow through with providing the sprinklers, the grass is not germinating, there are section where the grass is not even growing, and I have weeds all over my yard. I will be talking to my attorney about this. I would like the billing to reflect what was done and not done.

    417 Mowing was doing our lawn service. I asked to stop the service on July 1st, 2022 because the property was sold. I found out I paid Invoice ***** twice and I have been asking for a refund but I haven't gotten any responses from them. I want them to refund the overpayment.

    We didn't double invoice the customer, our system doesn't allow for that to happen.  What happened is that he had service invoice that past due; it's for the same amount.  I'll provide a copy of the billing.

    I am rejecting this response because: I wasn't billed twice. I just paid the same invoice twice by mistake.  I texted them to stop the service on July 1st, therefore  I am not responsible for the any service after July 1st.
