    Horrible customer service! Had set up a delivery date and time 10 days prior with a window of 11-3, 330 came around. When i called courier service, no answer and a message came on stating "we can't take your call at this time". Called mysense to cancel order because I planned around the delivery and took off work and was leaving town at 4. 405 as I was leaving they showed up and told them order was canceled, take it back. I emailed both isense and courier service to them know that delivery was outside of window, and I got an email back stating "we can give you a whopping $100 free pillow set for the inconvenience. After contact via email, I finally called because they are trying to say that they felll in the 2-4 week time as promised, whats the point of a time frame if you can't follow thru or better yet , reach out and let the customer know you will be arriving late so maybe they can get arrangements for someone to be there for delivery. Tried telling me that i have to pay a 25% restock fee on top of delivery charges BOTH ways! You failed to deliver in the time frame promised, so the consumer gets stuck with it? I own a buisness a if we see we are going to be earlier or later than that window, WE REACH OUT TO THE CUSTOMER! People have lives and other obligations! Best of all, when I asked "*****" what he would do in my situation if he had a flight to catch and was outside of time frame..his response was..."I would've waited the 45 mins"... it was over an hour. But there goes that good old CORPORATE GUY for ya If you cant try it in store or pick up yourself, STAY AWAY!!!!!! Online beds are a joke and also, if you do end up getting the bed, the 145 day BS? Same rules apply! You pay a restock fee on top of delivery, so they know most people will **** it up and keep it because nobody wants to lose a few grand on nothing. I will This is your fault and your responsibility to deal with the courier service, NOT PASS ON THE *** TO THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR FAILURE!!!!

    This company is awful. Over charge for a bed that is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever been on no matter the firmness (I got the adjustable firmness bed). If you try to return before the 45 night sleep trial they try to charge you a 25% restocking fee but what I was quoted was more like 50%. If you're looking for a sleep number dupe, look elsewhere. This bed is awful and the customer service is pretty lackluster
