    I wish to lodge a complaint against **** Medical for Electronic Harassment, Deceptive pricing and failing to resolve billing issues in a timely manner.I wish to have all electronic communication ceased and my billing issue resolved or I will be contacting the ******** Attorney General on this matter. I have All documentation and recordings from all interactions with **** Medical/Adapthealth ********.On April 5th, 2023 I called Bach Medical Supply about pricing on some supplies for my CPAP therapy. I was informed after giving them all my ******************** information that my bill would be $40 some dollars. I went ahead and ordered the supplies from them.After receiving a bill for $157.63 I was told that was due to Co-pays and deductibles it was higher than quoted. I was given the choice to return the items so I did. I have a shipping label, tracking number and a proof of delivery but even after 5 calls to the billing department over 2 months it has yet to be resolved.I have uploaded supporting documents and full description of each call to the billing department.Here is my main frustration, I have done everything they have asked and its going on 2 months with no resolution in sight. It is not worth anymore of my time to call them as every time I do I get basically the same response. In the mean time I have now received a letter saying my account is Seriously Delinquent and if not paid in 10 days it may go to collections. Also I am being harassed by ********** and Robo-Texts to my cell and Robo-Calls to my house phone.     This case can be closed. On August1 2023,  I received a letter from the company admitting that indeed I had returned all the supplies to them and my total owed was now $0.
