    I live at **************/******************************* off and on since 2012. I have always stay one or two week each visit. I move back in Feb 2022 to motel. The motel has a new owner. I spoke with the new owners and they will call her back. **** property holdings is the owner by the name of **** number ************.Fairview motel is were I always stay for place in my life and was always able to get my deposit back. My husband has been out of town the week that the property manager called. The property manager informed me they I had to move us out of our room to replace the stove. I move from 417 to 111. I packed my stuff and lock the doors. I didnt get my refrigerator and bookcase. On 6/5 I received a replacement food stamp card. I believe the property manager is refusing my mail. I would like to get my deposit back. The amount of the deposit is $175.00. I was accused of stealing two TVs. I have receipts for everything that I have spent.

    This consumer has been evicted.  She will not be getting a refund.  I have told her that I cannot hold her mail; that's against the law.  We don't do deposits, we do a move in fee.  She paid that before I became manager.  I don't have any information before I came to this facility. We moved her to the room that she wanted.

    I am currently staying at the Fairvue Studio Motel. I made a review for the hotel last week. They are now telling me I need to out by Thursday. They are saying because of trash in my room. All the trash is in bags. I can take it out to the main desk. I can take it to the garage if someone shows me where it is at. I am legally blind. I have not made commotion or any other problems. I have been emailing my hometown police and the local police here. I can show the emails from the police in this compliant. I want to be allowed to stay in my room.

    The consumer has mental issues. I gave him time to correct his behaviors which were disruptive and he was talking crazy. He acted in a hostile, paranoid way and yelled at passersby.  We treated him with respect and kindness but could not stay because of his behavior.
