    I hired this company to work on my scooter and I was charged $120 to transport it. I was supposed to have my scooter dropped off to me and they didn&#**;t show up and left me stranded and I had to walk miles home. I would like a refund for $60 since it was only picked up and not dropped off.

    We are happy to remedy this situation with a refund of delivery cost. After attempting to discuss this matter with the customer it appears that there was a miscommunication on delivery policy. Shortly before dispatch it is our contracted deliver drivers policy that he calls to confirm that the recipient is available for the delivery of the item, since the customer did not answer at this time the item was not delivered when he was initially expecting. Kiss My Gas Scooters is willing to discount or refund any or all delivery cost.

    I want the rest of the money. They never did the tune up on it and it has run the battery down. It is now screwed up and sounds like a dirt bike when it tries to run. I want the rest of the money back.

    Kiss ****** Scooters on 10-9-24 contacted the customer and spoke in regard to the complaint. Kiss ****** Scooters agreed to resolve this issue at this time by issuing a refund of $135 to Mr. ******* The amount refunded exceeds the amount initially requested from the consumer and was agreed on at the time. Having received no phone calls or complaints since our company had viewed the issue as resolved. upon seeing the complaint 12/13/24 we attempted to reach out to the Mr. ****** but found him unreachable and without voicemail services.
