    I regret to say that my last experience at Golden Nails was deeply disappointing. Ive been a loyal customer for seven years, but how I was treated on my last visit has left me feeling belittled and mistreated.I expressed to my nail technician that I felt uncomfortable with how another technician was interacting with me. I believed that she was talking about my nails in a way that felt unkind. While language barriers are understandable, body language can also speak volumes, and I felt laughed at.When I addressed this politely with my nail tech, she assured me it wasnt the case, which I accepted. However, I requested not to have that technician work on me again. At this point, the salon owner came over and accused me of being crazy for thinking someone was talking about me. This escalated to the owner cursing at me and telling me to leave the salon "Get the h*** out of here".As a loyal customer, I never expected to be treated with such hostility, especially after addressing my concerns calmly. I cannot help but feel that my treatment was influenced by my identity as a Black woman, as Ive never seen other customers spoken to or treated in this manner.I am extremely disappointed to have been treated this way by a business I supported for so many years. Its disheartening to know that loyalty and respect arent mutual at this establishment.
