I ordered a practice hand and other products in February 2023 it is now September 2024 I have not received any of my products. I have emailed her several times and no response. Never received a tracking number after she sent a email back in May 2023 stating I should get one in 2-3 days. The last time I tried to contact her for a refund, I still haven't heard anything from her.Business Response

Hello my name is ******* , I ordered 2 hands from you on the date of MAY 5th 2023 . Today is March 9th 2024 I have NOT recieved a refund , a tracking number or update email about my order. I paid the amount of $ ****** which is a large purchase. I have been reaching out to you and your business since September of 2023 . I seen and acknowledged thats your site says the shipping may take up to 6-8 WEEKS . As of Today we are 43 WEEKS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. With no update no refund and no merchandise . This is very unfortunate and disheartening for a young entrepreneur like myself who trusted you and your brand to provide me with the materials I purchased to further my career . On June 20th, 2023 I placed a order on the Glamerliz website for a half hand, a half hands clamp and a practice finger, all totalling in the amount of $187.55. I read her policies throughly and was well aware of the 6 to 8 week wait period that she has asked for. Since Aug. On Aug. 26th, 2022, I purchased a full size silicone practice hand and a stand to go with it. The purpose of the hand is to practice and promote my nail business. The total of the purchase was $217 and I read in the policy to allow 3-6 weeks to receive my order. It is now Nov. 24th, 2022 and I have yet to receive my order. I’ve reached out to ****** ******, the business owner, countless times and have yet to receive a response. I’ve emailed her multiple times, I’ve messaged her on ********* where she conducts a lot of her business, I’ve commented under her posts, I’ve even tried calling a phone number linked to her business that I found on the internet and still no luck in reaching her. She is active on her ********* account as she posts pretty frequently. I know I am being ignored and I can’t understand why. I’m not the only one having this issue with her, I’ve recently read multiple comments under ********* posts of hers with other people frustrated about the same issue. I tried to support her small business as I am small business owner myself but the way she is doing people is unacceptable. I hate to think that she’ll be able to get away with this kind of stuff but I’ve done all i can do about it. Reaching out to the BBB is the last thing I feel like I’m able to do. I made a purchase on May 9, 2022 for a custom realistic nail practice hand and accessories. Estimated ship time was 6-8 weeks. As of October 3, 2022 I have not received package or no communication from owner after several attempts. A shipping label was created in September 20, 2022 but has been sitting as label created. After researching her page and comments. The business seems to be known for taking up to a year to send products and does not communicate with customers of the delay and wait. Although Miss *****'s order was delayed, as were many customers unfortunately...they do recieve their orders and I ALWAYS fill their boxes with gifts worth anywhere from $50 to $150 depending on how long the delay was. Even if there wasn't any delays my customers still recieve special gifts from me just to show appreciation. My practice hands are special and VERY high quality...I make each and every one of them by myself AFTER you place an order; they are technically "pre-orders". I've been doing it like this for just under five years now. I suffer from autoimmune disorders that sometimes makes it difficult to work, which I have explained on my website and social media and for the most part my customers are truly supportive and understanding. This IS my livelihood and I must work in order to survive and pay my mortgage. I would never deliberately put that in jeopardy. Yes, sometimes my communication lacks, but I do the best I can. ********************* and I were in contact via email and I explained all this. She seemed to be understanding. I unfortunately got her hand poured with a large batch of hands that I wasn't able to get painted and shipped as scheduled due to an RA flare, but as soon as I was up and able to work I completed all of them and shipped them out. Miss ******** recieved her order and she LOVED it. I am so happy that she loves her hand...and I gave her a free foot ($135 value).
With all this being said...my point is Miss ********************************* DID in fact recieve her order on October 12th of this year. I have attached confirmed signature delivery as well as an email from ******** letting me know she got it and how hapoy she was with her products.
