      I've been a regular customer at this store for over two years. I have made at least four purchases there within the past six months, and after my first purchase in this time frame, I was told that I would receive a $15 coupon for my next purchase. I had another three purchases already after that, but they are telling me that I need to show them a coupon, which supposedly should've been sent to me by text or email, but I haven't received any. About a month ago I went there to find out why I didn't receive the coupon, and I was told that I have over 450 points in my account and they have no idea why I am not getting any coupons. I went there again today and spoke with the manager who told me that now I only have 42 points and he said that they are having some issues with their system, so he is not sure why I am not getting coupons. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I told them that I will stop doing business with them and will take my business to **** store that is even bit closer to my home. Just want to let other customers know to avoid doing business with this dishonest company.

      I purchased a remanufactured starter from their store in *********, Ks., prior to installing it, I had the old starter tested at their store. The clerk told me it "failed" the bench test.Installed the remanufactured one, changing nothing, the truck, still won't start.Went back to the store, ask to have the old starter retested, and was told it "pulled too many amps and needed replaced". Had I been told this the day before I wouldn't have put the new one on. The truck was starting just fine, until this issue, which we ended up tracing to the transponder key had failed.

      Just go somehwere else, the locations everywhere have no customer service, they provide the wrong information and when u try to get help or inform them over the phone through customer service they're just as bad, this whole company is trash. Went to get low beam lights, ******** was basically laying over the counter watching TV on his phone and acted like I was a bother just walking in and then didn't even do his job correctly. Gave me the wrong part. So I'm down 60 dollars BECAUSE of course I had to open the package to put the lights in my car only to find out it's the wrong part. Tried to exchange it at a different location because I was traveling and pay the difference because the lights i needed were more expensive but they said 1. It had to be from the original store and 2. It's opened so I can't exchange it. Then the second ******** was trying to do back alley deals. ******* from the ********************************* al location was wanting me to pay cash for it at a lesser amount without a receipt! What does that tell you, he was going to give the light to me and pocket the cash. I don't know what type of people they hire but it's obviously not trustworthy ones.

      Customers I warn you do not go to the ********************** auto store on ****************************************************************. They are full of ? Let me tell you that they screwed me 7 seven times over the past year with auto parts I needed to get my car fixed. Last week Friday I bought some brake pads and I ask the employee TWICE if he was sure that these were the correct ones and he said yes. Then ******** my car fixed on the past Monday and the manager told me it was the wrong ones. Oh I was FURIOUS! I called them and went I mean went off! The manager lady I spoke to said she would have the DM call me and never did I get a phone call. I am sooooooo done with OReilly. Never will they get my business again. This is one of the worst stores along with auto zone to go to. So people if you want to get right parts for your car DONT go there at all. Big forewarning! Im very disappointed with them!

      Went to local OReilly to get replacement car battery. Took my existing battery in and inquired about any remaining. 3yr warranty. ****** told me battery had a 3 year warranty and very sarcastically said last he checked it was 2024.I said I could do without the sarcasm i just needed a battery. He then told me to leave the store. I repeated - that because I said I said I could do without his sarcasm I was being told to leave. He said he had parts to deal with and he wasnt dealing with me. I took my battery - drove 20 miles to another store purchased the battery. They were happy to look up when my warranty had expired which was less than 3 months ago. I do not think that was an unreasonable question - or that it warranted rude sarcasm. I called customer service and was told that ****** is the asst ******* at the canyon store. This is completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

      Parts are okay but some of the counter people have an attitude. I called about my part, spent 200 dollars on it and to have it delivered. Some dumbass shipped it. I literally live 4.6 miles from there. If I could have driven to get it I would. Unbelievable!

      Last month bought sanding disks. ******** was my seventh stop. They had what I wanted and my contractor friend could finish his job as planned. Today I went in with a NAPA hat on. They smiled. It was soon in the trash and replaced by a free Oriellt cap. Friendly quick. Matched my online price for a stud installer chopping 10$ off their price. I will always go there first!

      Horrible customer service from the manager and employee. Called me a liar indirectly and questioning me when I clearly was up front from the beginning about a return.
