      I signed up for 10 session for a personal trainer. I moved and am in a situation where I can&#**;t go to the * to do the personal training. I asked for a refund and they said it was against their policy to issue a refund. There are 7 sessions that I couldn&#**;t do out of the 10 which would be about $140.00. I would like a refund ($14).

      **** ****** purchased a package for 10 personal training sessions on 12/3/2024. **** used several (3) of her sessions but then became unavailable. Our Personal training sessions are "non-refundable and must be utilized within one year of purchase."    Prior to **** sharing that she was moving earlier this month, our trainer was willing to work with her schedule to get the sessions redeemed. 

      **** redeemed 2 sessions in Jan. **** cancelled an appointment on Feb 27th. She then attended a session on March 27th. She then cancelled another session on April 3rd. Our trainer has attempted to be flexible and understanding but **** cancelling and rescheduling multiple times has made it very difficult to redeem her sessions. We have followed our policy and are still willing to allow **** to complete her visits.

      This **** is a disgrace in Cassville MO. ************************* needs fired! This business calls itself a ********* but is nothing but a disgrace and steals from their customers and then lies to you. I have email proof between myself and this office manager who doesnt have a professional bone in her body. My payment date was changed to the 20th every month due to a hardship. I communicated and was told it was no problem. They charged me on the 14th and for nearly DOUBLE. I told them to cancel my membership and refund me. ************************************************************************************************************ daily. I cant even feed my child because of this overdraft thanks to ******** negligence of forgetting to correct the date as she put it. She fails to apologize and make it right. Im about to go down there and sit there until the ugly b***** gives me my money back shes a freaking thief! They claim thier senior finance guy has to approve it. It doesnt take 15+ days and in email 8 days ago ******* said they mailed it. To which no they didnt. This is SHADY!

      One of the office managers took to social media after i gave a bad review on our community bulletin board anonymously. Breached confidentiality by not only stating my hardship but calling it out by name. She attempted to remove it, but i got a screenshot before she could.

      If you see the communication dates, you will see the lies saying it was mailed out then states its got to be approved. 15+ days and still waiting. Contacted the chief finance officer and did not receive a reply and did not answer when i called twice and left messages

      Spoke to the chief financial guy of the main office billing department. He was able to refund me back to my original payment method after the cassville Y claimed thats not an option. This matter could have been resolved alot quicker and without all the chaos and drama if they had just provided some honesty and a willingness to correct it. I did receive my refund back to my bank account now. But the office manager should be investigated for giving customers private information out to others in the community. Major breach!
