    On March 10th 2025 I met with James River Nursing business manager ***** to provide her mailing address and who to make payment to o. She told us that it would take 3 weeks for the check to be sent to me. After 5 weeks I called her to follow up. She said that they were remodeling and the paperwork got misplaced. She said she would process the refund paperwork. On April 10 I called and spoke with ***** and asked her for an update. She said that the paperwork hasn't been signed by the administrator and that she would try to expedite the refund. On April 17th, I tried to reach ***** or the administrator at James River Nursing and was asked what it was regarding and who l was, and was told by whoever answered the phone that neither person was available to talk to me. I asked them to please call me and she said that she couldn't tell me when I would hear back. Please help me, as I feel like I am not going to see any of the funds that are due us. I had to pay out of my pocket to the new nursing home for my Mom and this has caused severe financial hardship.

    Hello, the refund check was issued on 4/22/2025 by our home office. After receiving the concern, ***** was called by our *************** Manager to relay this information to him again. He was informed that we could cancel and re-issue the check. ***** stated he wanted to wait until Monday 5/12 to see if he had received the check. Our records show the check was cashed on 5/9/2025 by ***** *******.

     

    Please let me know if any additional details or documentation is needed to resolve this concern. Thank you
