    On 11/03/2023 I had a eye exam and new glasses, I received my new glasses in my own frames after a week of wearing my new glasses I went back to Heffingtons to advise them that something was wrong with the strength of the glasses, I was given a new exam and the doctor stated he was going to lower the prescription and make me new lenses, I came back the same day after 4 for pick up. On 12/19/2023 I took the new glasses back and requested a full refund which I did receive from Marks wife, she removed my lenses and stated she is giving me a full refund for the lenses and the exam of $238.84 and she is closing my account. On 12/27/2023, I called heffingtons **** transferred the phone to Mark he stated that I am not getting my remaining refund of $239.46 due to the account being closed and he and heffingtons house of vision can not see my account due to it being closed. **** got hatful with me and hung up on me. I did call back twice to get this resolved again I was hung up on. I am writing this to inform others that Heffingtons house of Vision does not offer any type of customer service only hate and anger and has no Vision of doing the right thing to advance their business with good customer service. The nice part when you go back to pick up your glasses they just get your money and hand you your glasses no doctor as I.e. wal-mart doctors make sure you have a good fit and make sure your vision is what the customer is expecting and leaving with good vision. I just want my $239.46 returned so I can get proper lenses that I can see out of. I hope no one else has to experience the hate and anger that **** and his wife have offered me as the worst experience by so called professionals!! Getting hung up on by **** was an unexpected surprise of professionalism. Just want my fellow Springfield customers to be warned on the expected experience I had.
