    I ordered a TRU Espresso Maker with Burr Grinder on February 3, 2023.
    TRU Espresso Maker w/Burr Grinder model#CM-7301
    ********************************************************************************************************************************************************* The thermometer and the Burr Coffee Grinder haven't worked since Day 1. The machine came with a One Year Warranty.
    I emailed the Customer Service Representative at Select Brands on February 23 explaining the problem. She responded to my email asking for information about the Burr Grinder. I promptly answered her question and never received a response. I emailed her again on March 1st to find out why I haven't heard back about the issues I was having and she emailed me back saying that the machine doesn't have a thermometer. I then sent her a picture of the machine that clearly displays a thermometer on the upper left side of the machine over the frothing arm. I am starting to feel like this company is not going to honor the One Year Warranty...(pg 23-24)
