    This place is absolutely awful. They do not care about their consumers. I have come into shifts where my consumers were sitting in urine and feces, Id report and report and nothing would happen. Some consumers toenails are so long there are growing into their skin because they just simply arent cared for. Management is a joke, if you had a problem youd go to the director and then she would go to her wife which was the owner, theyd just fire you and sweep whatever the problem was under the rug. People dont show up for their shifts so youre just stuck there until someone does. Relationships between *************** and consumers. Just so many things that are unprofessional. Medications would get missed for days and consumers would have more than usual seizures because of it and nothing would be done. Im honestly not sure how this company is still running.
