    Subs out his work and doesn't pay the subcontractors. Start out okay on first job, then didn't pay. Took him to court and since it was verbal contract I lost.

    Started out ok, then straight downhill. He painted my house, but not trim around windows and not even my chimney! They worked about 3 hours for maybe 3 days. My house is incomplete literally 70% finished. I trusted him and paid him before I examined the job and big mistake! He never called me or texted me back to come finish the job. I tried and tried to reach him.
