Please beware of this company. I am currently in the process of selling my home and a would be purchaser with a contract on the home hired Campbell Pest Control to complete a termite inspection of the structure. In doing so, the technician dug into my intact siding with a ***** driver causing damage to my home. The company has refused to remedy the situation or pay for the damage to the front of my home. The lack of care and professionalism displayed by this company is frankly offensive. I will unfortunately now be forced to hire a contractor to fix the damage caused by Campbell Pest Control and pursue restitution through other means. Please save yourself the headache and find someone else to fulfill your Pest control needs.

We were contacted for a second opinion, by the agent involved to go inspect an area of damage that the home inspector noted in the home inspection, and also in their termite report. We received a picture of the damaged area and went to inspect it. The area had at some point been spackled over and my inspector did probed the area to see extent of damage, and to see if any live termites were in the area, which is his job. We noted their were no live termites just evidence of shelter tubes and no bid for damage from our company as we only do substructural repairs. We feel we are not responsible for damage that was already there that we were contacted to do further evaluation on. I do have all emails and pictures from the agent we went for referring to the damage. I apologize that you are not satisfied with our service, but my inspector was just doing his job by inspecting the area of damage.
