      I utilized Wickman Gardens for my landscaping for the past 12 years. Last fall I purchased 1 tree and shrubs, and they came out and planted them. There was a 1 year warranty. I noticed there were 3 things that did not make it through the winter, which was 1 tree and some shrubs. I started contacting them in the spring of this year to see if they could replace them. They kept saying they would get back with me and this went on for 2 months. I finally got a hold of someone who said they were the owner's assistant. During the phone conversation the assistant belittled me and said it was my fault. It was a very harassing phone call and I've never been treated that way by anyone. It was the worst call I've ever experienced with customer service before. I was blown away by how this person treated me. I've always had a great experience up to this point while doing business with them. So I asked to speak with the owner. The owner has never returned my messages and emails. They refused to help me although there is a 1 year warranty. I will not be doing business with them again.
