      C*** service....had my machine almost 7 months and blame the manufacturers for warranty work, get it back and within 2 hours, notice they didn't connect my starter which fried and damaged my fly wheel. They say it ran when it left there and refuse to pay for the damages of an obvious SABOTAGE ....want me to take it elsewhere and consider it "warranty" work when it was obviously their fault....now have to get an attorney to get anything done. When I stat they can pay for damages and tow bill, they then hang up....do NOT take anything to these people if you plan to get anything fixed correctly or in a timely manner and also both times I was charged for things I told them I did NOT want and they still did

      Over charging on winterization: same two seadoos in for winterization only 2020. 1 hour each at $100 an hour 2021. 1.5 hours each at $100 each 2022 3 hours each include oil change $149 per hour I paid $175 in 2020, $381 In 2021, then almost $1000 in 2022 They need to set an amount to do winterization and publish it. I was overcharged and wrote the company President ********************* in Oct. and calledNO ANSWER!
