      Let me freeze for 2 weeks over delivery charge. I would give them a -5. I have had this company for over 5 years. I'm 73 years old. I cannot climb the hill the tank is on. They had the option to put a meter on the tank but didn't. The tank ran out in the middle of that extreme cold front. If it hadn't been for neighbors giving me space heaters, I would have froze to death. This company also fired their entire staff of very kind people to replace them leaving one without insurance with his wife in the middle of cancer treatment. They have no conscience.I am a widow. I am raising a sixteen year old grandson. I did not deserve this treatment.When propane companies value money over human life, there has to be something wrong with the owners. Anyone who sits in a multi-million dollar home, allowing customers to suffer when payment could have been made In the summer months have no family values and have lied in their advertisements

      We truly care about our customers and do our best to provide reliable propane service. In fact, as a will-call customer, Mrs. *********** was responsible for monitoring her tank and placing an order in advance, but we proactively contacted her on January 21 when our estimates showed she was starting to get low. She declined a delivery at that time and waited until she was critically low before placing an order.When she later had the funds to place an order, we delivered as scheduled on February 14. She was not charged a leak check fee or an emergency response fee. However, she purchased a small amount of propane, meaning she will soon be in the same situation again.We offer ***************** which most customers choose, to prevent these situations, but it also requires payment. We cannot deliver propane that has not been ordered and paid for.Regarding her comments about former employees, we do not discuss personnel matters, as they are unrelated to her propane service.MS Propane follows all state regulations and ensures fair and equal service to all customers. Since we have fulfilled our obligations and addressed this matter,
