      I have lived at Hardin Terrace Apartments in Jefferson,Georgia 9 mos and it has been pure "****". I moved into this apartment with the assumption that I was moving to a good area according to maintenance who I asked about this particular apartment before I moved in considering I'm on a fixed income and disabled, and wanted somewhere I wouldn't need to heal from that causes anxiety and emotional distress. The noise level is so unbearable, from the music coming through the walls at 3:00 & 4:00 in the morning, to the domestic disturbances that are on the stairwells and neighbors letting their kids play ball in the apartment hitting the walls, moving furniture at all ends of the night/morning after quit time which is supposedly after 10pm. To the kids and adults running up and down the stairwells. The management has changed 5 times since I resided here, and nothing even police reports have made them look into the numerous complaints. I have had a water leak twice and my tub has been stopped up since living here and nothing has been done. I have also had to call the fire department due to a faulty battery and still months later maintenance has not replaced it and I'm sure that is a safety precaution. I don't know what can be done, but at this point.

      Has been almost 3 months and still can't get paid for services performed

      I stay in Overlook Apartments in ********, **. I have been having electrical problems in my unit for over a month. The electrical problems include my refrigerator, microwave, ************** in my room. The breaker literally cuts off whenever I try to use anything. Its not just my unit, its the whole breezeway(8 units). They have failed to resolve the issue. I have lost hundreds of dollars in groceries due to the electrical problems. I have reached out to the corporate office and cannot get in touch with anyone. The property manager basically told me that she has done her part and its nothing else she can do. Which Im sure that is true because she has to get approval from corporate to do anything. I feel as though they dont necessarily care about my concerns because I am moving at the end of this month but this issue has been going on since July 13. This should have been resolved along time ago. I would love some type of reimbursement due to them violating the ** code for residents (*********) which states that I may receive a reimbursement if repairs have not been completed within 14 days. I have put in several notices about the issue and the only thing that they are doing is playing with the breaker box. I have been very patient waiting on them to resolve this issue. I am now facing emotional distress due to the problems. I have lost out on several hundreds of dollars that no one has offered to reimburse or offer a discount or prorated rent. I am now willing to seek legal council in order to be accommodated due to this financial and emotional burden.

      Ms. ****'s issues with her electricity have been corrected. We had numerous electricians, along with the the local utility company as well as the City of Gallatin, TN out to assist us with diagnosing the problem that was occurring. It was an issue that stumped licensed electricians, as well as the local electric company as to what was causing the random tripping of the breakers, at random times. It would be different breakers randomly. After much deliberation and testing it was recommended to try to swap out the breakers with a different type of breaker, even though the existing breaker had no problems or issues, nor was it faulty. When we went with a different type of breaker, we have not had any issues with the breakers tripping any more. The electrical issue has been resolved. We are currently looking into a possible reimbursement for Ms. Hill, but we do recommend renter's insurance, as that would cover this type of incident.
