      I am a realtor that was looking for a company that could provide seller leads and maybe some buyers leads.. ************ claims that they ask questions and screen potential sellers or buyers so that they know for sure they may be buying or selling at some time. As a bonus they offered me 20 non current leads as a bonus. They can date back to june and are effectively old junk and useless. I called and got hung up by 2 of them, 2 of them said they dont have a house to sell as they rent and at least 2 were disconnected. One of the more current seller leads dated aug 3 flat out told ne she didn't want anyone calling and maybe she might sell 5 years down the road. A complete blow off. I called on day 2 and said I wanted a refund as I could see that these are very weak and probably recycled leads The very first seller was categorized as relocating, But it turned out that he was just wondering how much his house might be worth after micron moved in some years down the road based on current value. So in some you are given as a bonus outdated leads that caused me to waste 6 hours of my time calling people who were most likely handled by some realtor already and 5 leads a month with supposedly valid interested sellers that are screened. Screened customers would have revealed that they dont own there houses, phone lines were disconnected or that this was all a bother to them as they hung up. These leads are probably recycled and this company is not very trustworthy as even their bread and butter houses for sale are just false.

      Zbuyer is constantly sending texts despite me being on the national,do not call list. This is clearly a business proactive,of,theirs, and legal,action should be taken.,

      Zbuyer contacted me with illegal texts. I received them from Zbuyer as well as FASTCASHFORHOMES.

      After contacting them about their illegal texts, they sent someone to intimidate me for my claims.

      I have asked them to resolve this issue, and their response was to try to intimidate me with some crazy guy claiming I opted in to their website.
