      DO NOT put your family in this Assistant Living place. Assistant Living home we started out at back 2022 and things were good until Jan 2024. Feb and Mar -Taken money from ACH monthly payments for unauthorized charges- was suppose to fix it- took 3 months to get it fixed. Would not give refund - made adjustment for future month payments. Here comes July - mother-in-law sick and passed July 21. Got moved out BEFORE July 31st. Donated handicap stuff for the Bungalows for others to use or have. I was told- yes I was told by the 4 director who got hired we will refund you the July open balance. NOT ONLY DID I -NOT- get a refund - they sent me a bill ADDING on other charges for AUGUST. She is gone. Room cleaned. Refund will be send -and you send me a bill to pay. I have called director 6 times and no reply phone calls. She is a fake person- nice to your face but a back stabber. Took numerous visits back in Feb and March and many phones calls with a finally reply the end of March to fix billing issue. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO LITERALLY ANYONE - unless I get a refund to remove this post for fixing this problem that no one wants to address and fix this issue. It is pretty sad when elder live paycheck to paycheck and she thinks taking all we can take- they do not care about your situations when I had to come up with the extra money when they withdrew extra funds from the bank for her other ** bills needing to be paid. AND ordering her medicine- no receipts received and was charging her CC for stuff I brought to her and did not know about anything being purchasing. I had to square that away with pharmacy to decline any further transactions they try to fill for my mother in law and I will pickup and deliver myself. As my mother in law was in rehab - they tried to order a new Freestyle on her card when she was not even at the Bungalows. It has nice residence living there and that's it but watch your back. this was needed by far so it does not happen to anyone else.
