I have spoken with ******* and we've confirmed a time that works for us both to visit your property to ascertain what needs to be taken care of and which we have every intent of taking care of to your satisfaction.     Over the top roofing installed my roof 1/272024, but they were suppose to replace some bad decking, which is in the contract and they didn't. I phone my project manager ************************* and the field supervisor ************************* but did not receive a call back. After two weeks of no call back I filed a complaint with the BBB (id# ********* After BBB contacted them they offered to correct the issues, they did to a certain extent but failed to installed H-clips on the decking panels they replaced. Over the top also claimed they replaced 14 sheets of decking, which they did not, I inventory supplies they delivered the first time they installed the roof which was 4 sheets of decking of which they did not use, and the second time of which they delivered 6 sheets of decking. I far as I can tell they only replaced maybe 6 sheets of decking. I received my final bill for $16,311.08 and with my deposit check of $6,000.00 over the top roofing is charging me $22,311.08 for a roof that should have cost me $12,000.00 to $13,000.00 at the very most if they did the job right the first time. Also one of there workers fell thru my interior ceiling in two places of which I wait two months for a repair of which did not happen, I had to pay $1,300.00 out of my pocket. I have documented everything thru a certified home inspector and have attached them. I expect at lease a $10,000.00 refund from over the top plus $1,300.00 for the ceiling repair. If this roof replacement would have been right the first time there would have been no problems but they are tacking on a additional $10,000.00 for there mistakes I have paid over the top in full because if you don't they put a lien on your home, If the BBB can't help me I will contact a lawyer for legal action ******************************
