    I filed an insurance claim on my house due to storm damage in May of 2024 and hired RoofGuard services for my entire insurance scope of work to be completed. I gave them a check for $18,683.55 as well as $1000 deductible they did my roof but had no supervision on the job and their roofing crew was getting drunk while working on my house they even left behind beer bottle which I have pictures of as well as broke my gate I remained patient with them as they fired their office manager who was stealing customers and not doing his job and a new guy was brought in months went by with no more work done on my house. When I asked to be reimbursed so I could hire someone else who would actually complete the work on my house they came and did my gutters and fixed the damaged items but the company owner still continues to I hire me about the remainder of my insurance money and claims they are having financial problems which is not my problem. I was told by the new manager that they havent been paying the contractors so my insurance money didnt fully go towards repairs.

    We have contacted the homeowner. 

     

    We understand her frustration and are communicating to make it right.

    The owner of the company reached out to the homeowner and discussed a plan. 

    In the mean time, all invoices have been paid that took place for the homeowner. 

    The owner speaks to homeowner weekly to fix any issues the homeowner had. 

    Today we had an electrician out to fix an outdoor light for her on 1/17/24.

    The homeowner seems to be satisfied and  we are working together to make all wrongs right.
